Sir/Madam,

My interest is in obtaining any information regarding the OKINCZYC  
family from the HORODDZIEJ - STOLPCE region of Belarus in the 17th  
century on. I am attaching a Paternt issued to JOSEF OKINCZYC - SON  
OF STANISLAW OKINCZYC. Following is the translation of the document.  
I am also attaching the family Tree as given me by my aunt, WALERIA  
STANISZEWSKA, before she died in 2000, along with her polish written  
description of the lineage & relatives.


CERTIFICATION

Gubernia Minski, Marshal of Noblemen and County Deputies of Noblemen,  
assembled for the arrangement of the records of the generations of  
noblemen, to Josef, son of Stanislaw Okienczyc, of the Akszak coat-of- 
arms and to his one son Marcin, the fifth generation of the knighted  
ancestor.

As required by the April 21, 1785 Noblemen's Privileges granted by  
Her Imperial Majesty of undying memory Illustrious Katherine II, we  
have reviewed the records of the noblemen's status of Josef, son of  
Stanislaw Okienczyc. In accordance with the procedure established for  
the documentation of the above Privileges, he and his family have  
been entered into the Record of Noblemen. To certify this, We, the  
Gubernia Marshal of Noblemen and the Deputies of Noblemen, by  
permission of His Imperial Majesty Alexander I, issue this  
certification with our signatures and the Seal of the Noblemen's  
Assembly of the Minsk Gubernia.
