Enjoy the Cuban home page and hope to visit the country this winter.

I notice that there is no link to the finance and chamber of commerce pages
for Cuba.

What would the level of interest rates in Cuba be at this point ? Is there
capital borrowing and lending that takes place now. Is there a Cuban bank
that handles trade credit?

Could you let me know or direct me to where I can find out. Thanks !!
